Payment
We accept payment via paypal, cheque or postal order. If you would like to pay via cheque or postal order please contact us first via our contact form.
Delivery
All delivery is FREE within the UK. All orders over £35.00 will be sent via Special Delivery. For overseas prices please contact us via our contact form for prices. All items will come wrapped in recycled tissue paper, a recycled cardboard gift box and securely packaged. If you wish to add gift wrap please see our 'Gift Wrapping Service' page.
Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return it in its original condition within 7 days with all packaging, and a full refund (minus P&P) will be given. Refunds will be given on any faulty products subject to the item being returned in full within 7 days of delivery. Please email customerservices@froufroubeads.co.uk before returning any item. This cannot be offered on earrings, unless faulty, for hygiene reasons.
